European Wax Center in Hialeah, FL is seeking a Guest Service Associate who will be the cheerful first and last impression of the guest experience. This sales-focused role emphasizes selling wax passes and promoting promotions, helping guests feel confident in their skin.

You will open and close the center, manage guest flow, educate guests on our product portfolio and Strut 365, maintain a tidy front area, and support marketing events and weekly Strut Sessions.

Responsabilités

• Sell wax passes to guests.
• Open and close the center.
• Manage guest flow and assist with inquiries.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center products and Strut 365.
• Demonstrate products and explain benefits of wax passes and consistency with waxing.
• Keep front of the center stocked and organized.
• Refill brochures and card holders.
• Inform guests about current in-center promotions.
• Check weekly schedule and arrive on time.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participate in community events and street team marketing.
• Attend weekly Strut Sessions or at least one per month.
• Engage with Strut Bloomfire by commenting on questions and posts.
• Create a memorable guest experience using EWC terminology.
