Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be courteous and professional at all times.
• Coordinate guest-centric experiences across hotel outlets.
• Support VIP programs and curbside check-in initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of products in the Lobby Shop and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Reservations, and other departments.
