Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and by training a friendly, efficient crew on the line. The role requires balancing hands-on kitchen duties with crew supervision and task delegation.

You will help maintain food safety, monitor schedules, and support with office administration while developing future Service Leaders. Excellent team communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean with properly functioning equipment and train/assist crew.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supply management.
