Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers great service. The role requires hands-on leadership on the line and collaboration with the team.

You will supervise line operations, monitor food safety, assist with crew training and performance reviews, and help with office duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding and articulating Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety and monitor time/temperature on the line.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leaders development.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
