Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role trains and supports the restaurant crew, keeps a clean, organized line, and supervises line equipment to run smoothly.

You’ll monitor breaks and shifts, help resolve incidents, and assist with routine office tasks such as banking and paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak/write/read the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily food safety checklist adherence.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ordering of supplies.
