Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functioning; lead by example.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist where needed.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office admin duties and supply management as required.
