Job summary

Target in Honolulu is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience and coach hourly teammates. You will lead daily operations, ensure adherence to service standards, and support drive-up and in-store services with a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and POS equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members and develop/coaches staff.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Assist with drive-up and in-store services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain safety, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and resolve issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
