Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes
• Work in a store environment with variable schedule (including weekends/holidays)

• Ensure exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Partner with managers on data review for planning and staffing.
