Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for its Tallahassee-area store to ensure every guest enjoys a high‑quality in‑store experience. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and help drive daily sales while supporting team performance and development.

As part of the store leadership team, you will assist in hiring decisions, mentor team members, and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed, maintaining an inclusive and energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Support store leadership with daily sales targets and team development.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
