Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our in-store leadership team in Tampa, FL. You will drive the guest experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor to meet daily sales goals.

You will participate in hiring, coaching, and developing the team to create an inclusive, high-performing environment. The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership or mentoring experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and teammates.
• Assist with store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and performance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
• Manage shifts and adapt to store needs, including peak times.
• Support supervisor on duty and lead the floor as needed.
