Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and act as Supervisor on Duty to guide the team.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value.
• Monitor daily sales data and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and on‑floor readiness.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training for staff.
• Give direct feedback and recognition to team members to support development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and collaboration.
• Ensure guest experiences are inclusive and of high quality.
