Job summary

lululemon seeks a Guest Experience Lead at University Place Mall on a 4-month contract to ensure every guest receives a high-quality in-store experience through expert product education and floor leadership.

As part of the store leadership team, you will open/close, mentor teammates, review daily sales data, support hiring and training, and foster an inclusive environment where guests feel welcome and valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver inclusive guest experiences
• Provide technical product education to guests
• Supervise on-duty responsibilities and assist with store operations
• Review daily data to drive sales and team performance
• Support store hiring, onboarding, and training
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members
• Maintain operational readiness throughout shifts
• Open and close the store per procedures
