Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for our Columbia Mall location on a 4-month contract. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience by providing product education and leadership on the floor.

As part of the store leadership team, you will drive sales, participate in hiring, coach team members, and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed while fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some leadership experience mentoring or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate the value of our products.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, onboarding, and training.
• Coach team members with direct feedback and in-the-moment recognition to support development.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
