Massage Heights is seeking a Guest Service Manager for our San Antonio area locations. You will welcome guests, manage bookings, process payments, and contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment at eight locations including Alamo Heights, Bandera, Leon Springs, and others.

The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends across a 32+ hour schedule. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, welcome and check out guests, and process payments.
• Drive sales of memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene through laundry, sanitation, and cleaning duties.
• Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Assess guest needs and provide thoughtful service recommendations.
• Build rapport to create a warm, memorable experience.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
