Toca Madera in Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Host to shape guest experience from arrival, overseeing seating strategy, dining room flow, and ensuring greeting and seating operations run smoothly and professionally.

The Lead Host sets the hospitality standard with warm, timely first impressions, tracking reservations, walk-ins, and table movements, and guiding guests through service adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead Host or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and dependable work ethic.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with reservation management and POS systems.
• Previous guest-facing or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for host team communication and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate seating strategy and dining room flow during service.
• Manage waitlists and arrival flow with accurate wait times.
• Maintain reservation and guest preference data in the system.
• Maintain awareness of guest preferences and special occasions.
• Ensure a clean, safe host area in compliance with health standards.
• Support guests and team members as needed and assist with service recovery.
