You’ll lead the host team, coordinate front-of-house operations, and maintain accurate guest and seating information. Strong communication and hospitality focus are essential for success in this dynamic venue.

Qualifications

• Previous Lead Host or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills and dependable work ethic.
• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with reservation/POS systems and related technology.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead host team communication and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate seating strategy and dining room flow.
• Manage waitlists and communicate accurate wait times.
• Maintain reservation and seating data in the system.
• Attend to guest preferences, occasions, and dietary needs.
• Keep host area clean, safe, and organized per health standards.
• Support guests and teammates, and assist with service recovery.
• Stock and prepare host areas for service demands.
• Complete morning admin duties and training support.
