Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking a Key Holder to deliver world-class customer service in a fast-paced retail setting in Wareham, MA. You will greet customers, understand needs, explain product features, and help drive sales while maintaining visual standards.

This role reports to the Store Team Leader, supports all sales channels, and captures customer data at the POS. Prior retail leadership and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and influence others.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Upsell products and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store appearance.
