Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of retail or food experience, a High School diploma or GED, and complete the Assistant Manager Training program. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Training program before assigned in this role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coach store team on guest service behaviors to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Support Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching, and fostering an engaged work environment.
• Partner with Store Manager to meet promotions, sales objectives, and controls.
• Help maintain store cleanliness including coffee station, food service area and bathrooms.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and strive for 100% in-stock availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or in SM's absence.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
