Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach guest service behaviors to greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager with training, scheduling, and team development.
• Contribute to achieving operational and financial objectives through promotions and controls.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including coffee and food service areas.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Perform duties as assigned by Store Manager or acting supervisor.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
