Seven Feathers is seeking a Front of House associate to assist the manager in directing dining room flow, greet guests, and escort them to tables. You will ensure a pleasant atmosphere as guests enter and depart the dining area, while handling reservations and knowledge of specials and wines.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, addressing guest concerns, and providing input to improve department processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe certificate.
• Current OLCC license.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming license.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and escort them to tables when needed.
• Maintain reservation book; be knowledgeable on specials and wine list.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards in the dining area.
• Address guest concerns to provide superior service.
• Provide input to improve department processes.
