Qualifications

• No education requirements for this position.
• Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience is required.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous supervisory experience would be a plus
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with PA Child Labor Laws

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping team and any other assigned departments.
• Lead by example and uphold Dutch Wonderland's core values in all interactions.
• Hire, orient, train, and coach team members; participate in discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and brand standards for guest rooms.
• Prepare guestrooms to meet brand standards for next arrivals and respond to guest requests.
