Merlin's Peppa Pig World of Play Michigan is hiring a Guest Experience Shift Lead. This entry-level leadership role supports daily operations, assists guests and teammates, and learns leadership skills with guidance from seasoned supervisors.

The position offers a hands-on environment and a pathway into management. Ideal candidates are outgoing, enjoy helping others, and have customer service experience in retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.
• Outgoing, positive, confident when talking to people.
• Interested in growing into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience team during daily operations.
• Jump in to help guests and teammates as needed.
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience.
• Help train and motivate team members.
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families.
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams.
