Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Tampa store. You will educate guests on high-quality products, engage with shoppers on the floor, and support seamless omnichannel services like buy online/pickup in store and ship-from-store.

Responsibilities include restocking, ensuring store standards, and partnering with leaders to address guest feedback. A fun, inclusive team environment and a focus on wellbeing are core to our culture.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. location
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing guests' time
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits
• Support stores through omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store)
• Move on the sales floor to engage with guests and attend to needs
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to take action
• Maintain a clean, luxury store environment and adhere to safety policies
