Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the store floor. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance, and guiding daily sales toward targets.

The role involves supervising on duty, assisting in hiring decisions, and providing direct feedback for staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Guest Experience Lead to deliver an inclusive, high-quality guest experience
• Provide ongoing product education that articulates value to guests
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and coaching to develop the store team
• Open/close the store per procedures and ensure store readiness
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and team performance
