lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the shop floor and develop a diverse team. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure smooth daily operations in the store.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, coaching, and maintaining brand standards. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of people management and leadership experience, with a focus on creating belonging and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience; experience in business operations and administration is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the store country.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team on the sales floor, fostering an inclusive, productive environment.
• Ensure outstanding guest experience by maintaining floor coverage and coaching performance.
• Partner with managers on business data review and store presentation.
• Open/close the store following procedures and maintain safety policies.
