Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the floor, develop team members, and build a culture of belonging. You will drive guest engagement, product education, and coaching while partnering with leadership on store performance and people strategy.

As a member of the store leadership team, you will open/close duties, manage schedules, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment that supports growth for your team and exceptional guest experiences every day.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.
• Experience: 1 year retail or sales specific management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment to support a productive and fun experience for all team members.
• Lead on-floor guest experience and ensure effective product education and coaching for the team.
• Open and close the store following established procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Partner with managers to review business data and inform planning (P&L, sales, hiring).
• Maintain product presentation/restock and execute visual merchandising touches as needed.
• Address guest feedback and escalations to make things right for guests.
