lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, build a talented team, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience daily. You will coach and empower staff, foster inclusion, and drive store performance in partnership with the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes coaching, merchandising, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on belonging and results.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in managing operations and administration.
• Retail or sales management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and building a diverse team.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review business data to inform planning and staffing.
• Maintain product presentation and restock as needed.
• Manage budget and labor hours within delegated scope.
