In this role you will support the Store Manager, hire and grow a diverse team, coach performance, and maintain store operations, including safety and merchandising. This position requires a minimum of 1 year in people management and leadership within retail.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and process management.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor guest experience and product education.
• Provide floor leadership, ensure efficient floor coverage and operations.
• Resolve guest feedback and escalations to “make it right.”
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring, development, and performance reviews.
• Open and close store following procedures and uphold safety policies.
