Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead store teams and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. You will coach, develop, and empower teammates on the sales floor while delivering outstanding guest service.

In this role you will partner with Store Manager to drive people-first initiatives, oversee hiring, training, and daily operations, and ensure the store delivers on our brand standards and community commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience, including business operations supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team and provide coaching and development on the sales floor.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and address guest escalations.
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring, training, and store initiatives.
• Open/close the store and ensure policies and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor store metrics and contribute to planning and budgeting.
