Qualifications

• Has two years of hospitality industry experience (required).
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Able to obtain Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities.
• Exhibits strong organization and attention to detail.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Shows initiative, can multitask, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrates strong guest service, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including floor management, staff management and the guest experience.
• Coach and develop venue staff; administer progressive discipline per policy.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and retention.
• Evaluate and improve processes to sustain performance and productivity.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Liaise with Sahara Las Vegas teams and promote a positive culture.
