Job summary

Sahara Las Vegas is seeking an In Room Dining & Mini Bar Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service, manage mini bar inventory, and support the In Room Dining operation. The role emphasizes maintaining presentation standards, accuracy in charges, and adherence to health and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities include room deliveries, setup, replenishment, and coordination with kitchen and service teams to ensure VIP-driven, high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in In Room Dining or F&B service preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Ability to obtain Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card.
• Professional, hospitable, guest-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms.
• Set up trays, tables, and amenities according to procedures.
• Present checks for payment and signature as required.
• Open and serve wine and champagne per standards and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining service areas.
• Inventory and replenish mini bars in guest rooms.
