Job summary

SAHARA Las Vegas seeks an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead and mentor the team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive daily operations in a high-volume setting.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and retain staff, while maintaining health and safety standards and promoting a positive culture across the venue.

Qualifications

• Two years hospitality industry experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card.
• Maintain a "sense of urgency" in completing responsibilities.
• Exceptional personality, attitude, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished, professional, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest service, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor venue staff; coach and develop team.
• Oversee floor operations, staffing and guest experience.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and retention.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Liaise with SAHARA Las Vegas teams and promote the culture.

Desired Qualifications:

• Has two (2) years of hospitality industry experience required, educational experience considered
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card

• The ability to maintain a \"sense of urgency\" attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks
• Superior organizational and follow up skills with extreme attention to detail
