The Art Source, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeks a Guest Experience Associate for CocoNene at International Market Place. This active retail role lets you greet guests, discuss product stories, and help guests personalize gifts while moving throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Warm, clear communication and a guest-first mindset.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively toward store goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, ask thoughtful questions and recommend products that fit their interests.
• Share product stories, artist connections and local manufacturing processes.
• Help guests explore personalization and create meaningful gifts.
• Contribute to shared sales goals through helpful service and relevant recommendations.
• Notice guests and teammates who need support, and take action.
• Keep displays stocked and inviting; assist with wrapping, register transactions and opening/closing.
• Apply coaching, practice new approaches and take increasing ownership.
