Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using ordering kiosks.
• Provide help to customers who need extra hands.
• Check back after order to ensure satisfaction and offer further assistance.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat and address concerns.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
