Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to greet guests, assist with ordering, and support customers on a fast-paced team. You will help guests use kiosks, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience at a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, possess an outstanding attitude, and be able to thrive in a team environment while delivering great service and care for guests.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Offer help with using the ordering kiosks.
• Assist guests who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction and offer assistance.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle any concerns and relay feedback to the restaurant team.
