Limelight Hotels is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient staff management. You will train staff, supervise service, and coordinate with the kitchen to uphold quality and timing.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. This is a full-time position in Ketchum, Idaho, with benefits and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 4 years' experience in a food service environment required.
• 2 years' supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure guest service.
• Train, motivate, and provide feedback to staff to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant activities, including seating, order taking, and food delivery.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation meet standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain records of schedules, time off requests, and tip sheets.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and payments.
• Conduct pre-meal meetings and tastings with Chef and Restaurant Manager.
