Job summary

Buffalo Wing Factory Reston is seeking a proactive Front of House Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and support back-of-house coordination when needed.

You will supervise front-of-house staff, manage shifts, training, and inventory, while upholding health, safety, and company policies. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a commitment to a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house staff during shifts to ensure efficient service delivery
• Oversee guest experience, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and service protocols
• Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to uphold service excellence
• Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Collaborate with back-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed
• Handle cash register operations and financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
