Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Front of House Manager to coach the FOH teams (servers, hosts, bartenders) and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee shift execution, uphold health code standards, and drive sales while controlling costs.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with General Managers and HR to handle employee relations and program rollout. A fast-paced, guest-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/bar leadership experience.
• Strong people management and communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior guest service and hospitality skills.
• Skill in time management and organization with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and a passion for teaching others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee server, host and bartender teams to ensure service quality.
• Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including labor and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health codes, ServSafe Alcohol, HACCP, and company SOPs.
• Lead training and development programs for hourly and management staff.
• Handle guest concerns and maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
