Job summary

Metropolitan Market in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Guest Services Lead to guide the Front End team, ensuring legendary customer service and strict food safety standards. You will train and coach staff, manage daily operations, and support budgeting and scheduling in partnership with the Guest Services Team Leader.

In addition to supervising, you will act as a lead in the absence of the Team Leader and Store Director, driving guest engagement and a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years customer service experience in a retail, service, or related environment.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience required, including basic math skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front End team to deliver legendary guest service.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and staffing to maintain adequate coverage.
• Manage department labor and general expense goals with the Team Leader.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Guest Services Leader.
