Job summary

Flight Club Seattle is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the shift, uphold our standards, and deliver an unmatched entertainment and dining experience.

You will supervise FOH operations, coach team members, and partner with the General Manager to optimize service, costs, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in hospitality, relevant certifications, and a flexible schedule, with a strong guest-first mindset and leadership presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or hospitality, with leadership experience preferred.
• Must maintain food, alcohol, and allergen certifications as required by location.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and digital communication and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to deliver consistent food, beverage, and service standards.
• Coach and develop team members to elevate guest experiences.
• Manage cost controls in scheduling and inventory in collaboration with GM.
• Ensure the restaurant team meets service standards and guest experience goals.
• Uphold company policies and programs while leading by example.
