Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience.
• Natural born leader capable of inspiring teams.
• Strong hospitality and sales-building mindset.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Exude professionalism, friendliness and fun towards partners, guests, vendors, and associates.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and guide service and experience standards and coach as needed.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and retain your team.
• Support with training and development of knowledge and execution.
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.
