The Fresh Market in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to lead front-end operations with hospitality and accuracy. You will guide cash operations, merchandise displays, and customer interactions to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This role requires 2+ years in retail or hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy store. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is requested, with potential for growth within store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible example of hospitality, educating guests on products, services, and meal solutions.
• Manage frontend guest flow and support cashiers to deliver frictionless checkouts.
• Execute and uphold cash office procedures and controls, including management of cash and keys.
• Direct the guest service team to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and restrooms.
• Assist in digital fulfillment orders with speed, accuracy, and brand compliance.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach throughout the store.
• Assist in managing inventory and minimizing product loss.
