Job summary

The Fresh Market in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to lead front-end hospitality, manage guest flow and cash operations, and uphold brand standards. You will model excellent service, ensure smooth cash handling, and support daily store operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will supervise the guest service team, assist in inventory control, and contribute to a clean, welcoming store environment that encourages repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible example of hospitality and educate guests and team members about products and services.
• Manage frontend guest flow and support cashiers to deliver frictionless checkout.
• Execute cash office procedures and controls including cash, keys, and the safe.
• Direct the guest service team to maintain sanitation and front-end cleanliness.
• Support execution of digital fulfillment orders with speed, accuracy and brand standards.
• Engage guests with a friendly approach front-end and in-store.
• Assist in managing the department, inventories, and team to minimize product loss.
