Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-end point person for hospitality, guest flow and cash operations.
• Educate guests and team members on products, services, and meal solutions.
• Direct and support cashiers to ensure smooth checkout experiences.
• Execute cash office procedures and controls, including cash, keys and the safe.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness at front end and guest restrooms.
• Assist in managing the department, inventories, and minimizing product loss.
