Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton Washington Dulles Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic front desk professional to provide outstanding guest service from reservation through departure. You will assist with supervising guest service agents, handle guest complaints and credit issues, and help train staff while promoting rooms, dining and seasonal hotel promotions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork, and a dedication to Hilton standards of service.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train guest service agents.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests expeditiously, provide information to guests as needed.
• Sell guest rooms, food & beverage outlets and seasonal hotel promotions.
• Be familiar with groups and functions in the Hotel daily.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with training of all guest service agents.
