Job summary
Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to help lead the front desk team and deliver a warm, inviting, and memorable vacation experience for our owners and guests. The role involves assisting in hiring, training, evaluation and supervision of staff, ongoing coaching and counseling, and implementing plans to raise departmental scores while maintaining service excellence.
The supervisor will produce weekly or monthly management reports and collaborate with the General
Qualifications
- High school diploma; college preferred.
- Experience in Front Desk/Guest Services.
- Experience in a timeshare resort is ideal.
- Proficient with property management systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist Front Desk Manager in assuring Front Desk business transactions are completed in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in leading the front desk team toward providing an exceptional and memorable vacation experience for all guests, including coaching, ongoing training, and counseling.
- Assist the Front Desk Manager in the creation and implementation of action plans to increase departmental scores.
- Assist the Front Desk Manager in producing certain management reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
