Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out and exceptional guest service. You will supervise front desk staff, manage reservations, and handle guest concerns with a warm, professional demeanor.

You will report to the Front Office Manager and support scheduling, coverage, and staff coaching. This role offers opportunities for advancement within the hotel operations team and nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
