Job summary

Margot Hotel Outset Collection by Hilton in Kentucky seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, mentor agents, and uphold Hilton standards. This role serves as lead on duty during shifts, guiding staff and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

You will support guest check-ins/outs, assist with room assignments and payments, and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs while promoting upselling and service recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hotel front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk operations during assigned shifts and ensure exceptional guest service standards.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally while creating a welcoming experience.
• Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and payments as needed.
• Serve as primary escalation point for guest concerns and special requests.
• Support Front Desk Agents with operational questions and problem resolution.
• Monitor lobby activity and front desk operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
