Job summary

The Brown Hotel in Kentucky is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to support daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and oversee smooth check-in and check-out experiences. You will train and guide front desk staff, manage reservations, handle guest concerns, and coordinate scheduling and shift coverage, reporting to the Front Office Manager.
