The Chicago Marriott O'Hare is hiring a full-time Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at the hotel lobby. You will check guests in and out, answer questions, and coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth arrival.

The role requires at least 1 year of front desk experience, preferably with Marriott. Strong communication, teamwork, and attentiveness are essential, along with the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• At least 1 year experience in a hotel front office.
• Marriott Hotels experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Light physical work and good safety awareness.

Mansioni

• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and adapt for changes.
• Secure payments and verify/adjust billing as needed.
• Provide guests with room information, directions, amenities and local interests.
• Run daily reports and communicate to the next shift.
• Record wake-up calls and deliver to the appropriate department.
• Communicate guest requests/issues to designated departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
